Monterey is one of our favorite places and we try to spend a few days there every year.

Some years prior, Linda stumbled onto the website of a Best Western motel that is located right on the beach and offers some great off-season rates. We have enjoyed many stays at this motel.

Most years our trips seem to coincide with our Anniversary - this year we decided to go early.
